For two days, from October 9–10, 2025, the management team of EKSAD Technology — from Junior Managers to Directors — gathered in the Puncak area of Bogor for the Planning Cycle 2025 event, themed “GROW IN SPEED OF ROCKET SHIP.”
This forum served as a pivotal moment for Eksad to formulate the company’s strategic direction for the upcoming period. Through this activity, all levels of management were invited to align their vision, strengthen collaboration, and define concrete steps to ensure Eksad’s growth accelerates rapidly and purposefully — like a rocket ship breaking through boundaries.
The event began with an inspiring opening speech by Mr. Cornel Hugroseno, Director of EKSAD, who emphasized the vital role of every Eksad individual in leading the company into its next phase of growth. His message ignited enthusiasm and reinforced the idea that Eksad’s success is built on teamwork and shared determination. The energy continued with a motivational session from Mr. Cahyana Puthut Wijanarka, who shared insightful perspectives on leadership, resilience, and innovation — sparking new inspiration for participants to think beyond conventions.
The sessions continued with presentations from each product line and business unit, discussing achievements, strategies, and development plans for the coming year. The discussions were intense yet engaging; the “serious but fun” atmosphere made every session both productive and full of collaborative spirit.
To close the event, all participants enjoyed a group lunch in Bogor before heading home — a relaxed moment symbolizing togetherness after two days filled with reflection, strategy, and collaboration.
