On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, EKSAD Technology once again held an Internal Risk Management Workshop as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening corporate governance, risk mitigation, and improving the quality of decision-making across all levels of the organization.
The workshop was presented by David Aaron, representing the Project Management Office (PMO) Division. During the session, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of risk management, covering both fundamental concepts and practical implementation tailored to the business and operational needs of EKSAD Technology.
Throughout the workshop, participants were not only provided with theoretical knowledge but were also actively engaged in hands-on practice, including the development and identification of risk management plans for their respective products and divisions. This approach aimed to enable participants to identify potential risks, assess their impact levels, and design appropriate and measurable mitigation strategies aligned with their specific work contexts.
The workshop, which ran from morning until afternoon, was conducted in an interactive and productive manner. Two-way discussions between the presenter and participants fostered the exchange of insights, case studies, and more practical perspectives on applying risk management in daily work activities.
Through this initiative, EKSAD Technology hopes that all team members will develop stronger risk awareness and be able to integrate risk management principles into their work processes, product development, and strategic decision-making. Moving forward, the consistent application of risk management is expected to support business sustainability, enhance service reliability, and maintain stakeholder trust.
