Continuing on August 15, EKSAD participated in the Triputra Executive Kaizen System (TEKS) competition. While SS focuses more on individual operational improvements, TEKS represents a more strategic level. This program involves top management in driving continuous improvement (kaizen) systems. The goal is clear: to enhance workplace safety, quality, and overall company productivity.
